As a Chocolate Factory Worker, you will be involved in various stages of the chocolate production process.
Your role will contribute directly to the quality and efficiency of the factory’s daily operations.
You will work alongside experienced supervisors and colleagues who will guide you through training and help you adapt to the workflow.
Salary and Compensation
The monthly salary for this position is SGD 3,700. In addition to the base salary, employees may receive shift allowance, performance bonus, and other incentives based on attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies. Payment is made on a monthly basis through bank transfer according to the company payroll schedule.
Overtime work may be available depending on production demand and will be compensated according to Singapore labor regulations.
