Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting deep shopper understanding by analyzing shopper insights using latest research and technology such as eye-tracking and AI predictive assessment
• Assisting in shopper research from methodology development to execution, analysis, and reporting
• Supporting development of shelf solutions based on shopper insights
• Collaborating with the International Customer team to support projects for AS Watson and other key customers
• Organizing customer meetings including logistics and content delivery to ensure seamless collaboration
• Working with Key Account and Trade Marketing teams to develop content and drive use of technologies like VR and eye-tracking
• Managing meeting logistics
• Working closely with APAC Commercial Excellence team and different APAC market teams and customers
The company is looking for:
• Postgraduate students in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Proficiency in IT and software/systems
• Technology savvy with interest or understanding of VR, AR, AI, and eye-tracking
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work within culturally diverse teams
• Demonstrated initiative, independent working, and problem-solving skills
• Strong drive for performance, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Keen interest in consumer healthcare science and shopper behavior impact on business
Training & development :
• Build experience in Shopper Marketing and Category Management with knowledge of insights, marketing, and key account roles
• Understand shopper insights, needs, and behavior
• Learn customer/channel, shopper, and category strategies
• Develop strong project management skills and work across functions
• Gain exposure to Regional and Global teams
• Build organizational skills
• Exposure to state-of-the-art technologies
