Responsibilities:
– Beverage Preparation: Prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and other beverages according to standardized recipes .
– Customer Engagement: Welcome guests, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations; handle orders with accuracy and a positive attitude.
– Workstation Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and dining areas throughout the shift, following “”clean-as-you-go”” procedures .
– Cashier Duties: Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately when required.
– Stock Replenishment: Monitor and restock coffee beans, cups, and other supplies at the workstation.
Requirements:
– Basic knowledge of coffee preparation; prior barista experience is a plus.
– WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate preferred .
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Friendly, approachable personality with good communication skills.
